SHIPPING

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?

We do our best to ensure quick delivery of our products. However, our products are mainly made to order and delivery times can vary from few days to 2 weeks depending on the item. Please check precise delivery time directly on item pages

FEDEX & GLS are our couriers for all shipments, depending on geographical area. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Italian warehouse.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery and P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.

If more than 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received an Order Confirmation email, please Check your spam folder and make sure that our emails are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this doesn’t work, contact us.

WHICH PAYMENTS METHODS CAN I USE ON CBMADEINITALY.COM?

Cbmadeinitaly.com accepts the following payment methods:

The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal:
easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

As soon as money are deposited to our Bank account, you will receive an email and we will start the order fulfilment.

ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED ON PRODUCT PAGES THE FINAL ONES?

Purchasing on Cbmadeinitaly.com is reserved for final consumers. Our prices are final ones inclusive of VAT. No custom duties will be applied.

For each order, we issue an invoice; the document will be sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation email.
Please note: once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice

We currently cannot provide VAT refund

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

HOW CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY PURCHASES?

You can return items purchased on Cbmadeinitaly.com within 14 days of the delivery date, with no additional costs, following these instructions:

  1. Contact by email to [email protected] to ask for a refund, indicating all orders information. You will receive an email in your account with the shipping label.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted or soft fabric surface before wear to prevent scratches or any damages even underneath the soles.
  3. If the returned merchandise will not match the requirements just explained, the shoes will be not considered pristine therefore returnable. In this case the merchandise will be returned to you at your expenses
  4. Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick received label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in Italy.
  5. Contact FEDEX (fedex.com) or GLS ( www.gls-italy.com) to arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish
  6. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability within the collection or for a same or higher value product. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit or a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Please note that it is not possible to ask for an exchange or a store credit for customized shoes

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET REFUNDED?

We usually accept returns within 3 to 7 business days of their arrival at our warehouse; once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 48 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.

Bank transfer: Your refund will be issued through wire transfer to a bank account that should be indicated in the Return request email. You will see the refund in your account within 10 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.
